CAN 5 of 2024 is an application for substitution of Late Dibakar Chakraborty, the respondent no.1 with Smt. Mala Banerjee, wife of Ganesh Banerjee and Smt. Manju Mukherjee, wife of Amit Mukherjee, being the daughters of deceased respondent no.1.

The application being CAN 5 of 2024 is pathetically inadequate even to explain the basic facts. 3.

Hence, the application being CAN 5 of 2024 is dismissed.

SAT 2462 of 2007 has abated and as such dismissed.
