1. Petitioner has prayed for discharge of the case with regard to the offence under section 376D, 379 and 411 of IPC. Charges have been framed under section 302 of IPC.

2. In view of the nature of offence for which the petitioner has been charged, issue whether he is tried for other offences or not does not materially prejudiced him.

3. Under such circumstances, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

4. Accordingly, CRR 3312 of 2024 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 are dismissed.
