Learned advocate appearing for the Enforcement Directorate submits that petitioner's prayer was rejected on merit by the order dated February 14, 2021 passed in CRM 3009 of 2021.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection. Moreover, considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the case made therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 8390 of 2021 is rejected.
