Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 5 is present. Both the learned Counsels for the respondents no. 4 and 5 deny and dispute the accusation.

Learned Counsel for the State has submitted a report which reflects that perusing the complaint/information which was furnished to the Inspector-in-Charge, Basirhat Police Station dated 08.07.2024, the police station has registered Basirhat PS Case No. 514 of 2024 dated 20.07.2024. Let the report be kept on record.

I have considered the steps taken by the police authorities in the report so submitted.

Having considered the same I am of the opinion that appropriate steps have already been taken by the police authorities

so far as the issue relating to the concerned incident. Petitioner has approached to the jurisdictional civil court and raised the issue which prima facie reflects that the accusations have been added in the writ petition. Since both the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, the Inspector-in-Charge, Basirhat Police Station would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no further untoward incident crops up because of the existing relationship between the parties. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19701 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
