The petitioner is primarily seeks clubbing of all the FIRs and investigation of the same by constituting a SIT under the supervision of IPS rank officer or any other independent agency. Similar application was made by the petitioner before this Court earlier and by an order passed on December 10, 2024 in WPA No. 29026 of 2024, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court or relevant High Court for redressal of his grievance.

Learned counsel for the State submits that investigation is in progress with regard to the Raidighi Police Station Case No. 636 of 2024 dated December 05, 2024 filed by the petitioner.

In view of the fact that this Court, sitting in the present determination cannot deal with clubbing of FIRs in different States, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court or the relevant High Court for redressal of his grievance.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
