Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

This Court has already recorded reasons as to why the impugned order calls for no interference in its order dated 29th August, 2025.

In that view of the matter, the findings of this Court's order dated 29th August, 2025 are confirmed. The impugned order shall stand set aside.

4.

The ADM and D.L. & L.R.O., Berhampore, Murshidabad shall handover the operation of the Ferry Ghat to the appellants, within 7 days of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station shall render all assistance and if necessary, deploy sufficient police force for compliance with this Court's order. The cost of police force shall be borne by the appellants.

The term of three years contract of the appellants for running the Ferry Ghat shall commence from the date they are handed over the possession of the Ferry Ghat by the ADM and D.L. & L.R.O., Berhampore, Murshidabad. The appellants undertake to pay all admissible charges in terms of the auction notice and contract entered into between them.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant appeal is allowed. The impugned order shall stand set aside. Consequently, all connected pending applications shall also stand disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
