Report so submitted by the Inspector-inCharge, Sarenga Police Station, District Bankura be kept with the record. Report reflects that pursuant to the information being submitted, a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has been initiated by the learned Executive Magistrate. There is a dispute relating to land between the petitioner and the private respondents. If there is any order from a competent court of law or competent authority, police authorities

would ensure that the said order is complied with. However the police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of any peace or tranquility at the area with respect to the subject property in dispute referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19732 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are disposed of.
