Petitioner complains of inaction of the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on 05.08.2025 information was furnished to the police authorities by the present petitioner and on 06.08.2025, Phoolbagan P.S. Case No.114 has been registered for investigation.

Petitioner is aggrieved in respect of progress of the investigation of the said case.

Since the police authorities have already registered a case and a jurisdictional Magistrate is in seisin of the issue, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary reliefs.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 to 12 denies and disputes the accusations made in the writ petition and submits that since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations may be considered not to have been admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19094 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
