Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the orders dated 15.02.2023 and 24.04.2023.

I have considered the report submitted by the State. Mere registration of a case and filing of charge-sheet do not absolve the police authorities from

exercising their duties in respect of regular law and order implementation.

There were orders passed by the learned Civil Court.

The officer-in-charge/Inspector-incharge of Jangipara Police Station is directed to ensure that the Civil Court's order, so referred to above, are respected and honoured as matter of public policy and no breach of peace takes place in respect of the property which is the subject-matter of the present writ petition.

The police authorities would also keep a strict vigil so that no further violation of the orders so passed by the learned Civil Court should recur.

In case, there is any violation, the petitioner would complain to the Superintendent of Police, Hooghly, who would ensure regarding the compliances of the orders so passed by the learned Civil

Court on 15.02.2023 and 24.4.2023 With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19716 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
