Joydeep Kar, learned senior advocate appearing for the High Court administration submits that a special leave petition from the said judgment and order has been filed before the Supreme Court. It is still pending. There is no stay of our judgment and order. We simply adjourn this application till 21st April, 2023.

We would expect a compliance report signifying compliance with our judgment and order to be filed by the administration by that date, of course subject to the result of the special leave petition.
