1. Although this application is described as application for anticipatory bail, in fact it is an application for extension of time to comply with the bail condition.

2. The petitioner has stated that due to lack of fund, the petitioner could not deposit 50% of the final assessment within four weeks from the date of the earlier order. The petitioner, however, has not been arrested as yet by the Investigating Officer.

3. Having regard to the explanation offered for not being deposited the said amount, we extent the time to deposit of 50% amount, as indicated in the earlier order, within two weeks from date. In default, the order dated 7th August, 2023 shall stand revived and the anticipatory bail granted shall be cancelled without any further reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2766 of 2024 stands disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
