At the stage of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he prays for direction upon the learned trial Court to dispose of the Title Suit expeditiously.

Considering the relief prayed for, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court being the learned Judge, Bench XI, the learned City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 751 of 2023 shall make all endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 751 of 2023, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order in accordance with law.
