The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing and/or setting aside of proceedings being G.R. Case No. 4414 of 2015 pending before the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 24 Parganas (North), Barrackpore arising out of Baranagar Police Station Case No. 566 of 2015 dated August 5, 2015 under Sections 419/468/471 of the IPC corresponding to charge-sheet No. 295 of 2017 dated 29.05.2017 under Sections 419/468/471 of the IPC and all orders passed therein including order dated 22.08.2018 passed by the learned Magistrate taking cognizance of the impugned charge-sheet. As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
