1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is unable to arrange for sureties.

2. Accordingly, we modify the condition of bail and direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special (CBI) Court No.1, Calcutta/Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

3. Other conditions of bail, however, shall remain the same.

4. CRAN 1 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
