The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for an order dated 02.09.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in connection with S.T. 1(3) of 2017 arising out of Chandipur Police Station Case No. 93/13 dated 29.05.2013 under Sections 447/448/323/325/307/302/380/506/34 of the IPC giving rise to Sessions Case No. 204(11)/2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 753/2013.

As none appears for the petitioners on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
