The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing the judgment dated 11.06.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track 7th Court, Alipore in connection with Criminal Appeal No.212 of 2018 arising out of complaint Case No.8860 of 2014 under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for diminishing of maintenance allowance.

The revisional application was last heard on 8.12.2020. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing. 3.

On perusal of the judgment and order under revision, no interference is required by this Court and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for necessary modification as per the appropriate provisions of law in changed circumstances. 4.

The revisional application being CRR 2607 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. 6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
