1. Apart from respondent no. 7, all the other respondents are represented through counsel.

2. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to file affidavit of service during the course of the day.

3. In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, further service on the respondent no. 7 is not deemed necessary.

4. Several applications between the parties in connection with OA 3581 of 2022 (LRTT), being MA Nos. 905, 39 and 316 of 2023, are pending since quite some time before the Fourth Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

5. In view of the long pendency of the matters, the ends of justice require that the matters should be disposed of expeditiously. We are apprised by learned counsel that the next date before the Tribunal is November 4, 2025.

6. Accordingly, WPLRT 134 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the Fourth Bench, West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to take up for hearing all the pending applications, bearing MA Nos. 905, 39 and 316 of 2023, pending before the said Bench in connection with OA 3581 of 2022 (LRTT),

positively on the returnable date i.e. on November 4, 2025 and to dispose of such applications by December 15, 2025.

7. The order of precedence of hearing the applications shall be decided by the Tribunal.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. The parties and the Tribunal shall act on the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
