It appears from the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant that the earlier investigating officer Damayanti Sen has changed and one Murlidhar Sharma, IPS is the investigating officer.

It is directed that the investigation be completed within a period of two months from date and final report be submitted to the Court deal with WPA 3697 of 2025 (Dipankar Das Vs. State of West Bengal and Ors.). 3.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
