Report submitted by Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner was earlier on bail in connection with Belaibera Police Station Case No.122 of 2019. The report of the police authorities reflects that she was granted interim bail on 20.11.2019 and was able to furnish the bond on the next date concerned. The same was interim bail. As such, the said order of bail was affirmed on 25th November, 2019. The petitioner as is revealed is involved in number of cases. Certain grounds have been taken for not appearing in the court. Without entering into the issue regarding the case of absence, in view of the undertaking given by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the warrant of arrest so issued by the

learned ACJM, Jhargram be kept in abeyance till 6th October, 2023. If the petitioner appears within the aforesaid period, she will be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. In case the petitioner do not appear on or before 6th October, 2023, the learned ACJM, Jhargram without waiting for a report from the police authorities will proceed for taking steps under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2961 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
