Mr. P.K. Ray, learned counsel for the State Bank of India has produced before this Court a letter dated 19th January 2022 addressed to Mr. Swarup Saha, learned advocate for the petitioner and the same is taken on record. It appears from the aforesaid letter that the discrepancy has been clarified and indicated that the State Bank of India is not responsible for the same. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner appears and submits that the discrepancy in this matter has been resolved and his client, therefore, has no grievance against the Punjab National Bank or the State Bank of India.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
