Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS has been initiated against the respondent no. 10. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being disturbed by the respondent no. 10 from cultivating his own land. Police authorities have already taken steps. It is directed that the police authorities should keep a strict vigil to ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale because of any dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no. 10. A strict vigil also be kept by the police authorities until and unless

the appropriate authority decides that there is any change in the right, title and interest in respect of the property.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19731 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications if any are disposed of.
