Mr. Lahiri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that since there was no interim stay order the criminal proceeding has attained the stage of hearing argument.

In such circumstances, he prays for disposing the present application giving liberty to argue before the Court below all the points taken by the petitioners herein at the time of hearing argument.

Mr. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 did not raise any objection.

In such view of the matter CRR 2617 of 2019 is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to agitate all the points taken in the present petition before the Trial Court at

the time of hearing argument of the criminal proceeding for being CS/0124933/2016.
