The record reflects that the petitioner had already submitted the representation dated 20.07.2022 to respondent No.3, Block Development Officer-II, Hooghly BDO Office and the said representation is still pending. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that there is no objection in deciding the representation. Hence, we dispose of the present petition by directing respondent No.3 to duly consider and decide the petitioner's representation by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned affected parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a

WPA(P) 422 of 2022 period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
