The matter has been brought to the list at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for correction of typographical error in the order dated October 04, 2023. Let the no. '6' appearing in the sixth line of the second paragraph at first page and in the fifth line of the fourth paragraph at second page of the said order respectively be replaced by the 'no. 9'.

The department is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the said order dated October 04, 2023 to the extent as indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
