Charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Sections 354C and 354D of the Indian Penal Code. The offences are bailable.

In view of the above, the petitioner namely Soham Kumar Debnath @ Tatai shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore.

The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 105 of 2024, is, thus, disposed of.
