Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody in excess of 350 days. There is no material implicating the petitioners in the offence. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that murdered weapon was recovered from the possession of the petitioner no. 1. The petitioner no. 2 is the brother of the petitioner no. 1. A cycle was recovered from the petitioner no. 2. The cycle was used for the transportation of the dead body of the victim.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to any of the petitioners. Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM 8402 of 2021 is dismissed.
