Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner intends to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. The investigation of the case is continuing since 2021. Accordingly, within a reasonable period of time, the police authorities would come to a conclusion for filing their opinion and report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2962 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
