The report has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State. The report so submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

I find that the police authorities have taken steps and registered Panskura Police Station Case No. 617 of 2024 dated 06.08.2024. Accordingly, the preliminary grievance of police inaction is addressed by the police authorities as they have taken appropriate steps.

There are dispute and difference so far as the property is concerned relating to construction, which is not within the realm and domain of the present Court for adjudication. The petitioner should approach the civil court for necessary directions.

In the meantime, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale at the behest of either of the parties. With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 19742 of 2024 is disposed of.
