It is submitted by the advocate representing the contempt applicant/petitioner that the order, being the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with and, as such, the applicant/petitioner does not intend to proceed any further with the same. In such circumstances, the contempt proceedings is dropped. The contempt application is disposed of without any further order.

Rule stands discharged accordingly.

In re: WPCRC 2009 of 2007 On the prayer of the advocate representing the applicant/petitioner, the matter is adjourned till 26th August, 2021 to enable the said advocate to take instructions in the matter as to whether the order, being the subject matter of the contempt proceedings, has been subsequently complied with or not.

Since the matter is appearing in the list with the endorsement "Last Chance", it will appear on the returnable date with the same endorsement.
