The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to give the dealership to the petitioner as invited vide memo no. 273/SCF&S/BST/MR/2024 dated 15.05.2024.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of appearing for an interview and enquiry being conducted, the result of his application has not been made known to him till date. 3.

On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the State categorically submits that the petitioner's application has been duly considered, in accordance with law and rejected and it is submitted that the petitioner does not deserve any further hearing.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court finds that the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2025 at page 34 of the writ petition is pending before the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall dispose of the said representation dated 19.072025 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the parties in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order. 6.

WPA 19041 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 10.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
