Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are several technical errors for which the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to sue afresh.

Accordingly, WPA No. 19022 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action by rectifying the defects in the present writ petition.

There will be no order as to costs.
