The petitioner does not have any right under the regulations to get new connection at this stage, when the developer's application under Procedure -B is still to be decided by this court.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority once the issue with regard to the developer's connection is decided finally. Let WPA No. 17810 of 2023 be listed in the next week.

Learned advocate for the distribution company shall communicate this order to the learned advocate who has filed WPA No. 17810 of 2023.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
