This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the proceedings of G.R. Case No.2763 of 2011 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta arising out Park Street Police Station Case No.201/2011 dated 4.08.2011 under Sections 120B/ 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter is pending since 2015.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The matter was dealt with by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on July 31, 2015 when an order of interim stay of all further proceedings was granted till first week after reopening of the Court after Puja Vacation.

Since thereafter the matter never appeared and the petitioner did not take any steps to move the matter.

Considering the long pendency of the matter and the same is running in the Warning List since 21.02.2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the

matter pending further, hence, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court immediately.
