The police have filed a report dated February 28, 2023, which is taken on record.

It appears from the report in final form being No. 18 of 2022 dated June 24, 2022 that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. It is submitted that a sum of Rs. 6 lakh cash has been refunded by the private respondent to the petitioner and the balance amount has been paid in materials.

Counsel for the private respondent submits that his client has obtained anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. Hence, W.P.A. 19406 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
