Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had shot the victim. As a result, he died.

In view of the gravity of offence and overwhelming evidence on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
