Record reflects that the charge has already been framed and dates are being fixed for evidence since 2019. Having regard to the stage at which the prosecution of the present case has reached, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the progress of the trial in view of the fact that the case was registered in the year 2013. Some of the order-sheets are reflecting witnesses, are not present as such evidence could not be recorded. The learned trial Court is directed to fix the dates henceforth after assurance is granted by the Public Prosecutor regarding the availability of the witnesses. At present, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 2513 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
