Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order that although the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed on August 2, 2019, but the same till date has not been disposed. Learned advocate draws the attention of this court to the respective orders from August 2019.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Records reflect that the next date has been fixed by the learned Magistrate on February 10, 2022. Although from the order sheets, I do not find any fault of the learned Magistrate but having regard to the change in the cost index the learned Magistrate would consider the prayer of the petitioner and dispose of the application

under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure within six months of the next date so fixed.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 2514 of 2021 is disposed of.
