Contempt application is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 14th February, 2025 when Ms. Aparna Banerjee, learned advocate representing the Provident Fund Authorities has placed before this Court email letter dated 20th February, wherefrom it appears that alleged contemnors have uploaded Joint Option Form and wage details of the applicant for the period from 6th August, 2008 to 2nd February, 2020.

In view of uploading of details as indicated in the said email letter, this Court finds that order passed on 22nd May, 2024 in the connected writ petition has been complied with. Hence, Contempt Application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
