The appeal defective.

On 14th July, 2017, leave was given to the appellants to rectify the defects in the memorandum of appeal in the light of the report of the Stamp Reporter.

The appeal was preferred with deficit court fees. No attempt has been made to put in the deficit court fees as on date. By reason of not putting the deficit court fees within time, the appeal has now become time barred. There is no application on record for condonation of delay or leave to put in the deficit court fees beyond time.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 14th July, 2017 and for not putting in the deficit court fees. The appeal has now become timebarred. Consequent thereupon, CAN 1 of 2008 (old CAN 6788 of 2008), CAN 2 of 2016 (old CAN 9347 of 2016), CAN 3 of 2022 and CAN 4 of 2022 are accordingly dismissed.
