For the State Learned advocate representing the petitioners Court No. 24 25.03.2022 (Item No. 6) (AB) submits that the petitioners have since been permitted to work under the Mid-Day-Meal Scheme and money has duly been disbursed in their bank account.

Learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that there are certain arrear dues for which money has already been allotted but payment has not been made to the petitioners.

As regards the aforesaid submission of the petitioners, leave is granted for making a comprehensive representation before the Block Development Officer, Chapra Development Block. The petitioners will be at liberty to highlight all their grievances with regard to their services and payment to the Block Development Officer. In the event representation is made by or on behalf of the petitioners, then necessary steps shall be taken by the Block Development Officer, Chapra Development Block to consider and dispose of the same, strictly in accordance

with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.

The Block Development Officer shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
