Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are allegedly not allowing him to cultivate his own piece of land.

So far as the ownership of the land is concerned, the right, title and interest are to be decided by the civil court. This Court will not enter into the said zone. However, the police authorities, as is reflected from the report, have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS. The Officer-in-Charge, Gosaba Police Station will ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place in respect of the subject-matter of the property which has been referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19584 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
