1. A prima facie case of contempt has been made out inasmuch as the alleged contemnor has not taken any steps regarding alleged illegal encroachment of a public property as directed by the order dated October 4, 2023 passed in WPA No. 19044 of 2023.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner shall serve a copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor indicating that the contempt application shall next be listed in the monthly list of April, 2024.

3. The petitioner shall file an affidavit-of-service on the next returnable date to that effect.
