Three primary school teachers have jointly applied before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman seeking mutual transfer. The said application is pending consideration. Without going into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the DPSC, Purba Bardhaman to take a decision on the said application in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondents at the time of communicating the order of this Court. Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties as early as possible.
