Heard learned Advocate appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned action of recovery of the penalty in question from the petitioner's Bank Account and it is the further grievance of the petitioner that against such action it has made a representation on 27th July, 2022 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition, which has not been considered till date.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19419 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondents authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 27th July, 2022 strictly in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
