A Division Bench order of this court dated 7th February, 2023, has been placed before me and on perusal of the same I find that there is no need of keeping this contempt application pending and, accordingly the contempt petition being CPAN 865 of 2022 is disposed of by dropping the contempt proceedings in question without passing any further order.
