1. The writ petition arises out of an order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (in short 'Tribunal') in O.A. No.302 of 2025 wherein the applicant/writ petitioner had challenged the charge memo dated 02.08.2022 and 07.11.2022.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Pingal Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, that during pendency of the writ petition, final order has been passed by the disciplinary authority on 22.08.2025 rendering the writ petition infructuous.

3. Having regard to such submissions advanced on behalf of the writ petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition leaving all issues open for the petitioner to agitate in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
