The petitioner has filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for expeditious disposal of an injunction application filed in connection with the Title Suit No.1220 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 4th Court at Howrah.

Since the application for injunction and an application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending for a long time, the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 4th Court at Howrah is requested to make all endeavours to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 and the application under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks after the X-mas vacation. With the above directions, C.O.3203 of 2018 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon the usual undertakings.
