1. This instant revisional application has been filed seeking direction upon the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No.04 (11) of 2024 arising out of Sessions Case No.617 (11) of 2023.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner that, charges were framed on November 12, 2024 and the case was fixed for evidence of the prosecution specifically C.S.W. 1 and 2 on March 3, 2025 and March 4, 2025.

3. It is further submitted that, till date, only two witnesses being C.S.W.1 and C.S.W.2 have been examined-in-chief. Crossexamination of such witnesses is yet to be recorded. Several dates are gone by. No witness did turn up. The case is fixed for October 28, 2025 and October 29, 2025 for crossexamination of such witnesses.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be appropriate to dispose of the instant revisional application

by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the Sessions Trial Case No. 04 (11) of 2024 corresponding to Sessions Case No.617 (11) of 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No.3680 of 2023 as early as possible without affording any opportunity of hearing to either of the parties.

5. With the above directions/observations CRR 3602 of 2025 is dispose of.

6. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
