1. The petitioner was granted bail by an order dated September 1, 2022, passed in CRM (DB) 2910 of 2022 on, inter alia, the conditions that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of Liluah P.S. except for the purpose of investigation and/or for attending court proceedings and shall report to the Officer-inCharge of the said police station once in a week until furthers.

2. The petitioner seeks relaxation of this condition of bail.

3. From the report filed by the State, we do not find anything adverse against this petitioner. He seems to be complying with the conditions of bail scrupulously.

4. The petitioner tells us that he is a fruit hawker by occupation. The aforesaid conditions are creating hardship for him.

5. Considering the petitioner's good conduct, we are inclined to allow his prayer.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of Liluah police station, but shall always remain within the geographical limits of the State of West Bengal. He shall also report to the Officer-in-Charge of Liluah police station once every month instead of once every week until further orders.

7. The other conditions of bail remain unaltered.

8. CRAN 1 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

9. The report filed by the State in court today be kept with the records.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
