The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioners, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education and the State respondents.

At the outset it has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that though prayer has been made in this writ petition for providing police protection to hold office bearers election in order to complete the reconstitution of the managing committee of the Madrasah but on 6th August, 2024 election of office bearers was held. In view of holding the election of office bearers on 6th August, 2024 it appears that reconstitution of the newly elected Managing Committee is complete keeping in view of the fact

that the statutory life of the previous Managing Committee ended in 2021.

In view of the aforesaid facts no order need be passed and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no further order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
